Keep Unwanted Guests Out of Your Restaurant
Every restaurant produces food waste, grease and moisture every day. In Florida’s heat, that is all a cockroach, fly or rat needs. One sighting in the dining room can end up in an online review within the hour, and pests found during a health inspection can lead to a citation or even a closure.
Good commercial pest control does not wait for that day. It finds the gaps, food sources and breeding spots first, then keeps checking them on a set schedule.
Why Restaurants Draw Pests
A kitchen gives pests food, water and warmth in one place. Grease builds up under cook lines. Floor drains stay wet. Deliveries arrive in cardboard boxes that can carry German cockroaches in from somewhere else. Outside, dumpsters and grease bins feed flies and rats. During the rainy season, roughly June to September, palmetto bugs and ants move indoors looking for dry ground.

Your technician walks the whole property, not just the kitchen.

How Service Works
It starts with a free inspection. We use an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach: find out why pests are there, fix what we can, and treat where it is needed. That can mean sealing gaps, placing rodent stations outside, hanging fly lights away from food and guests, or treating the cracks where cockroaches hide. We also point out storage and cleaning habits that leave food out for pests.
Visits are scheduled around your hours so service does not get in the way of guests. After each visit, your technician tells your designated contact what was found and what was treated. If pests come back between scheduled visits, we come back and re-treat at no charge. There are no long-term contracts. Read more about our restaurant pest control.
