- The products we use are highly effective against disease-causing bacteria. The EPA recently determined that one of our products is effective against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.
- Our robust service protocol offers many benefits – Florida Sanitized kills harmful germs and bacteria, prevents and eliminates mildew, and disinfects a wide variety of viruses, including Hantavirus, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, HIV-1 (AIDS Virus), Influenza A/Brazil Virus, and Influenza A H1N1 Virus all in addition to Human Coronavirus.
- Protecting businesses and families is what we do, and it shows in our rigorous training and careful material applications.
- Florida Sanitized even offers a residual application! This means that you are still protected from re-contamination even after we leave! Our service will leave you protected for up to 90 days, but we recommend monthly visits to maximize the efficacy of the Florida Sanitized service.
Our team will effectively disinfect, sanitize and eliminate viruses (including SARS-CoV2, which causes COVID-19) on non-porous surfaces such as countertops, tables, and door handles. The Florida Sanitized service is available for homes and businesses including single-family homes, apartment complexes, restaurants, offices, and more.
The Florida Sanitized Process
The Florida Sanitized service is a customized treatment. When a technician arrives, he or she will do a thorough inspection and perform two treatment applications on the initial service.
- Intensive – Our first step is to target all appropriate surfaces with a product approved by the EPA and labeled for eliminating viruses and bacteria, including Covid-19. This part of the service effectively eliminates viruses on contact across a wide area and on high-touch areas like door handles.
- Residual Treatment – We apply the second product to non-porous surfaces for long-lasting protection even after we leave. This part of the service continues eliminating various viruses and bacteria that come in contact with the treated areas for up to three months!
During the application, your technician will ask you to leave the interior of the rooms we are servicing for an hour while the treatment evaporates and eliminates the targeted organisms.
