The Florida Sanitized Process
The Florida Sanitized service is a customized treatment. When a technician arrives, he or she will do a thorough inspection and perform two treatment applications on the initial service.
- Intensive – Our first step is to target all appropriate surfaces with a product approved by the EPA and labeled for eliminating viruses and bacteria, including Covid-19. This part of the service effectively eliminates viruses on contact across a wide area and on high-touch areas like door handles.
- Residual Treatment – We apply the second product to non-porous surfaces for long-lasting protection even after we leave. This part of the service continues eliminating various viruses and bacteria that come in contact with the treated areas for up to three months!
During the application, your technician will ask you to leave the interior of the rooms we are servicing for an hour while the treatment evaporates and eliminates the targeted organisms.
